Universal has its own Quality Management System designed to develop continuous improvement to continue meeting the needs of our customers.
We have a Quality Department responsible for verifying effective compliance with company policies and maintaining the quality standards of our services.

- Breathalyzer testing
- Unit checklist control
- Service and airport audits
- Document control
- Fire and emergency drills
- Training on healthy eating and chronic diseases
- Training on the company’s emergency plan
UTS (Universal Training School)
A few years ago, Universal developed the UTS (Universal Training School) with the goal of continuing to train and professionalize all of our drivers on a daily basis.
Each year, we design an Annual Training Plan led by the company with various strategic courses to continue offering drivers more and better tools.
