UTS (Universal Training School)
A few years ago, Universal developed the UTS (Universal Training School) with the goal of continuing to train and professionalize all of our drivers on a daily basis.
Each year, we design an Annual Training Plan led by the company with various strategic courses to continue offering drivers more and better tools.
